Priority Fulfillment unfulfilled Women's Rights

National Commission on Violence against Women (Komisi Nasional Perempuan) assess the government has not taken substantive steps to run the eight priority agenda in the fulfillment of the constitutional rights of women.
"We appreciate the 100-day agenda of the President and the efforts already taken to fulfill that agenda, we note there has been no substantive steps taken with regard to the proposed eight priority agenda," said Team Coordinator Ninik Seven Rahayu National Commission for Women. According to him, it had delivered eight priority agenda on August 25, 2009 to President SBY.
National Commission for Women, she said, recommending the Head of State to cancel the policy within 100 days discriminatory rule but it was not implemented.
Regional regulations (Peraturan daerah) which canceled the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he said, is limited to taxes and regulations on fees alone. "The discriminatory laws that contain the rules of dress, morality and religion, migrant workers, and the criminalization of women is not canceled," he said. Although already contained in the Medium Term Development Plan but the recommendation that national governments make the political design of national law, he said, not yet integrated in the national legislation program.

The government, he said, also has not run a recommendation to form an integrated service facility for Indonesian migrant workers in destination countries of migrant workers.
